Manikandan Alagu
CEO & Director – India Operations
Manikandan Alagu serves as CEO & Director – India Operations at Humming Brains, leading the organization’s mission to enable Global Capability Centers (GCCs) with scalable, high-quality talent and managed workforce solutions. His focus is on helping global enterprises build, grow, and optimize their India delivery centers with speed, governance, and predictability.
With over 25 years of leadership experience, Manikandan has successfully partnered with global organizations to scale large contract and permanent workforces, establish delivery excellence, and drive measurable business outcomes. He brings deep expertise in GCC build-out, ramp-up, and steady-state operations, ensuring alignment between talent strategy and global business priorities.
Backed by executive education from IIM Calcutta, Customer Analytics from The Wharton School, and a postgraduate qualification in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Texas at Austin, he combines strategic foresight with data-driven execution.
At Humming Brains, Manikandan is building a GCC-ready ecosystem focused on governance, quality, and future-ready talent.

Bhavesh Bhimani is a results-driven Senior Product Strategist, bringing over 20 years of expertise in technology, finance, and strategic leadership. As part of the senior leadership team, they work closely with the CFO and CIO to shape strategic initiatives, craft executive CSR packages, and deliver transformative programs. With a track record of product optimizations and organizational synergies through digitization of modernized financial products globally, Bhavesh has led enterprise transformations, including ledger divestitures, SOX and IPO roadmaps, and Business Continuity Planning for critical systems. Their Agile and Waterfall mastery has optimized delivery, cutting operational costs while enhancing sustainability metrics.
In addition to their senior leadership role, Bhavesh Bhimani serves as a valued Mentor/Advisory Board member for Hummingbrains, providing strategic guidance and support to our US operations. Their extensive experience and insights are instrumental in driving our growth and success in the American market.
